The CCAF-01 aluminum-base copper-clad laminated sheet produced by our company has a thermal resistance of 1.2oC/W,0.5oC/W lower than domestic like. The lower the thermal resistance is, the better the heat dissipation. The CCAF-04 aluminum-base copper-clad laminated sheet has the thermal resistance closing to its international advanced level 0.6oC/W. We are now researching and developing CCAF-05 aluminum-base copper-clad laminated sheet which has the thermal resistance of 0.45oC/W and fills the gap in the country.
